Experience an authentic truffle hunting adventure in the heart of Tuscany, followed by a gourmet truffle lunch. Walk through the woods near San Gimignano, guided by expert truffle hunters and their loyal truffle dogs, and uncover the secrets of this precious underground delicacy. 


After the hunt, indulge in a menu entirely dedicated to truffles, paired with our organic and biodynamic wines.The truffle hunt takes place in a natural truffle ground located in the woods near San Gimignano. Thanks to the ideal climate and rich soil, various truffle varieties grow here throughout the year. You will be guided by an expert truffle hunter who will share stories, insights, and secrets about this centuries-old Tuscan tradition.

Enjoy a selection of homemade bruschetta with fresh truffle and truffle creams, Roast beef with fresh truffle or Fried eggs with fresh truffle to start. Then dig into fresh homemade pasta with fresh truffle and finish with the dessert of the day. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available upon request.

Dairy Farm & Cheese-Making Tour

Set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, this panoramic organic cheese farm offers a delicious glimpse into rural life. Meet the Giovanni family, master cheesemakers for generations, whose roots in Sardinia blossomed into a Tuscan tradition over fifty years ago. As pioneers of organic farming since the early 1990s, they’ll share their story and guide you through the fascinating process of making pecorino, from milk curdling to salting and aging.During the tour, step into the workroom to witness cheesemaking firsthand, and explore the farm’s lively surroundings filled with animals and the scents of the countryside.Your visit concludes with a farm-fresh lunch, featuring an array of pecorino cheeses, caciottas, local hams, and salumi from the farm’s own pigs, paired with homemade honey, ricotta, and Tuscan wine. Before departing, you’ll receive a small cheesy keepsake, a delicious reminder of this authentic taste of Tuscany.

Antinori nel Chianti Classico Wine Tasting & Tour

An in-depth journey following the Antinori family’s passion for wine.Start your tour with a short documentary about the Antinori family by film director Cinzia Th. Torrini: “The Antinori’s: Vintners since 1385” opens a conversation on the long history of the Marchesi Antinori family and the role it held in Florentine society in past centuries. Then experience a tour that winds through the winery’s outdoor and indoor spaces focusing on production processes, the innovative architecture and contemporary works of art that are on display throughout the itinerary. 


Guests will have special access to production areas, barrique and barrel cellars, and the area where large casks are left to age.The wine tasting experience will be held in the splendid suspended glass tasting room and includes four wines


The visit lasts about two and a half hours and will conclude with a lunch at the winery restaurant Rinuccio 1180. The stylish rooftop restaurant has wide panoramic windows that offer guests a breathtaking view of the gently rolling Tuscan hillsides peppered with olive groves and ancient churches.

Pottery Class & Terracotta Production Tour

Discover the charm of Tuscan craftsmanship at Arte Nova Terrecotte, where tradition and creativity meet. Enjoy a guided tour and learn how terracotta is made before trying your hand at shaping your own piece. Your creation will be fired and delivered to you as a keepsake of your time in Chianti.


Afterward, savor a delicious Tuscan lunch at Officina della Bistecca, the famous restaurant of butcher Dario Cecchini, where authentic flavors and hospitality await.

Enjoy a meal at Officina della Bistecca the rustic-style Tuscan farm to table butcher next door. Lunch will be served as a fixed-menu feast of different cuts of beef, traditional Tuscan sides, and wines served communal style. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available upon request.

Chianti Hillside Town eBike Tour

The tour starts with air-conditioned van transport from the villa through the amazing landscape of Chianti Classico to the picturesque Castellina in Chianti. After a short introductory visit of Castellina, you begin the active part of your easy-going bike tour towards the hilltop town of San Gimignano.


The tour will take you on a gorgeous, traffic-free road in Chianti. Along the coasting downhill roads, you will be surrounded and seduced by the typical fragrances of the Mediterranean, charming vineyards, forests, fields, and little villages.


This itinerary allows for plenty of time to appreciate the views and take many lovely photos.Once we come to the end of the biking portion of the tour, we put away our bikes, and hop in the support van for a quick car ride up to San Gimignano, an ancient village famous for its towers, medieval atmosphere, and the much-coveted UNESCO World Heritage Site nomination.Your guides, Piero & Elena, will provide a map of the village to explore in your free time and meet you for a delicious Tuscan lunch before heading back to the villa.
